The work, as always, was professionally done. My only criticism is that although I had made an appointment in advance for an oil change I had to wait for an air filter to be shipped in. Then there was an additional wait because the tires hadn't been rotated as requested. This is not typical of Honest One and I have written it off as an anomaly.

They always go out of their way to take care of me, get me in on a timely manner and get me the best deal. Don't do work not needed just to make a buck. That is why I keep coming back. They are honest.

Everything went as planned and I got the car back per scheduled. Everyone was curteous and with my coupon It cost me less than the estimate by quite a bit. Of course only time will tell how well the repair was done. Thanks for asking. Don

The service was quick and slightly less expensive than the dealer. The only 'complaint' I had was that an explanation of what may have caused the issue was not initially offered and I had to ask for a more detailed explanation.

Thank you for being honest and saving me thousands of dollars to fix my car. It is really a relief to know that there are still honest, dependable places like the Honest -1 Auto Care. When I was given an estimate of over $4000 from the dearlership I had been going to for 3 years for service on my car I just about fainted. Plus what they were saying to me didn't add up. to what they were showing me on paper. So, I decided to have a second estimate done. Sure am glad I did!! Thank you again for saving me a lot of money for things I did not need to get fixed and fixing the things that needed to be fixed at a reasonable rate Plus you have an exceptional warrenty to boot. Took the 10 year old car in for a new battery. They gave me a break on the cost of the battery and install. Wonderful group of people. We will definitely use Honest-1 again!
