Great Service. They did a great job troubleshooting problem and I felt like they were very capable of resolving issue.

The part I needed took a little longer to get, but they kept in communication the whole time so that it was not a surprise.

I came in for the first time with a "free oil change" coupon. I thought that I would be hassled into purchasing more services, but that was not the case at all. Extremely friendly staff. They informed me on future options for maintenance on my car with no hassle whatsoever. I came on 11/8/12. I'll be back!

Customer service was pleasant, informative, and respectful. Waiting area was clean, inviting, and comfortable and the work completed was timely. I was a bit hesitant on the brands of products used, but nothing alarming that I would specifically avoid. The price (with a coupon) was competitive with other local shops. VIP membership was offered but price seemed a bit high for services offered as compared to other local shops. My experience was positive, but not better then what I get from my regular shop and since my regular shop gives me a free car wash with every service, I'll continue to use them unless they are full.
