We have taken our cars on several occasions to the Honest-1 on Richmond Highway. On each occasion, the work was done correctly and promptly and the manager, Rudy, has technical expertise and we feel confident relying on his recommendations. He is also accommodating and easy to deal with.

As promised, the task took exactly one hour, which was an honest estimate. :) Toyota Priority quoted a high price for the service, but I decided to buy the parts myself. Everything was completed perfectly, and I saved money in the process. Happy with the decision, I used the Honest service.

Honest 1 / Alexandria performed the 30k service on my 2022 4-Runner. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and they kept the vehicle overnight, which was fine with me. Service performed and no problems found. Happy with the attention Rudy and the staff of mechanics have provided.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is nothing honest about this establishment. After keeping my car for more than 2 weeks to run a diagnosis, they said we needed new fuel injectors. We told them we already changed the fuel injectors so it had to be something else. They said no we guarantee it’s the fuel injectors “our diagnosis is guaranteed.” after another week or so we came to get the car. I doubt they did anything to it because the engine light was still on. I showed them and they said oh drive it around and it’ll go away. Hm. So I did and of course it started misfiring just like it was before. The car was the same as it was before we paid them $700 and waited weeks to get it back. Again, I doubt they did anything to it but if they did, it wasn’t the right diagnosis. They take it back and realize they were wrong and that the problem was in the engine. Okay time wasted, we also warned them that their diagnosis was wrong, but that’s all okay because we’ll get a refund right? Wrong, they returned only $400 and said that they can’t refund the money for the parts. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Would never recommend they are thieves, liars, and poor at their job. ‏حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
