This is an overall response to the service I've received since becoming a client of yours many, many years ago. The work is typically excellent, but when I had my radiator replaced a few months ago I had to bring my vehicle back in to have the new faulty radiator replaced again and was given a loaner car that stunk of cigarettes so bad I had to change vehicles with my wife as I has numerous meetings that day and didn't want my clothes to stink. I would recommend cleaning that car (compact Ford station wagon) before loaning it out again.

Both my husband and I had service done there within a few day period. Everyone was very nice & honest (we didn't really need new brakes!!!)...and accomodating in helping get my husband off to work quickly when we had a Monday morning dead car. Thanks to all!

I was glad that the service was both fast and professional but most of all that the only recommended service was actually nessesary. It was a true indicator you live up to your name. I'd actually just ordered a replacement radiator that day knowing it was faulty and the only recommended service was exactly that.
