I was referred here by a friend, because I'm new to the area and I haven't found an auto mechanic that I feel comfortable with yet. My car stalled at work and I wasn't sure what to do, when I called Honest One Auto Care they were able refer me to a towing company who was also very nice and easy to work with, and when my car got to the shop they made sure to keep me updated with the process. Unfortunately for me the problems my car was having were big ones, I felt though that the price they charged me for everything they did was very fair. It also helps that the work they did came with a warranty and even two free Towing rides, let's hope I don't need those though! This was my first trip to Honest-1 Auto Care, but after this experience I would say that they'll be getting my business a lot more. I would definitely recommend

I have been coming to Honest 1 Auto Care for almost 3 years now and I have always had a wonderful experience. They are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and have gone above and beyond wonderful service.

Honest Auto came off to me as friendly,at first. I came in to Honest Auto with my PT Cruiser 2008 having an air conditioner blowing warm air and the engine rumbled after paying for the estimate and then looking at the vehicle immediately said I need to have a new air conditioner compressor and filter and lines also including they notice that I had a leak from my transmission axle Dissidia transmission compressor and all included would be $400 and including labor a total of I put just the compressor over $800 the transmission the transmission axle included $1,069 I searched online and purchase an air conditioner compressor myself 4 less than $200 ice went to in T v and I went to Shell gas stations for estimate on my trans transmission axle and they said the transmission axel was fine after receiving the air conditioner compressor I took my car back to Honest Auto they put the air conditioner compressor on along with hoses and filters and did not do the work for the axle I paid over $600 for that work to be done including the $200 for the air conditioner compressor a total of 800 + dollars after leaving with them completing the job and saying it was finished the problem still exists I set up an appointment 2 weeks later I went back to Honest Auto for them to finish repairing my car they said they would get to the bottom of it and finally repair my vehicle after several things would look that they found after replacing a hose that it was my high and low air conditioner fan that was $165 they gave me the keys to my car and a receipt and I left the garage after doing so Honest called me up and said I had to come back and pay for the part not understanding why they want me to pay extra for something that was originally the problem but they charge me over $800 being done of work that was not needed I found Honest Auto a little not so Honest it appears they look for the most expensive items that they could find before checking the smaller items first and working their way up
