Everything was completed as stated. I liked the found other problems to fix.

The place was easy to get to. The office felt clean. I felt like they were truthful. The man working the desk was very polite and straightforward; he was friendly but also professional. The waiting area has a little kid play area and a TV. Decent price for an oil change which took less than an hour. THey also offer military discount! They are my new go-to place for service on our vehicles.

You have some new staff from the last time I was in the shop. I liked the new members of your team.

i'm pleased with the work and the dialog with your staff. my only complaint is how often times the estimate is lower than the actual invoice. This time brought with me the "suggested work to be done" sheet that was provided to me by your staff in the summer of 2015. the amount then totaled $810. but when checked in yesterday the exact same work now cost $901. this is an increase of 11% in just 8 months since the original proposed amount.

As usual, the service on my truck was completed in a timely and very professional manner. The technicians are knowledgable, courteous and willing to give helpful advice on proper maintenance.

They were very helpful in describing what needed to be done in a helpful and non-patronizing way for someone who knows little about cars! I appreciate their staff and work, but a little bummed that prices seem to keep going up there also--guess that's a sign of the times and maybe happening everywhere though!
