I'd definitely return. Great service, great communication. Looked for used parts to save me money, found them and got them and installed them quickly. I was amazed how soon my car was ready since it needed several labor intensive things repaired.

Everyone at Honest One is always great! I deal mostly with Jason and Byron, and I trust them explicitly. They tell you everything they find and will tell you if it is something that is not necessary, if it is necessary but can wait, or if it is something that needs immediate attention. They are really working in the best interest of the customer. We started going to Honest One because of their more user friendly hours but keep going back because of their wonderful honest, friendly service.

The staff have been very patient and detailed regarding identifying problems with my older model vehicle. I feel safer on the road already.

I was very worried about the noise my car was making and you guys did a great job on the inspection and fixing the problem for free. It was also good to be able to see what needs to be taken care of on my car. I'll definitely be back the next time I need some help!

The only suggestion I might make is in regards to the fee for dignosing a problem. It would be nice if the fee could be part of the quote if someone decided to go through with the repair.
