This place is anything but honest . They don’t deserve any ratting at all. Actually they should be called Dishonest-1 Auto Don’t Care. I took my car there for a simple oil and filter change . After the service I drove home only to find out the mechanic just topped off my oil and did not change the filter. If you care for your car DON’T take it to this God forsaken shop.
Honest 1 Management- We were very displeased when we first saw this review, But in our further research into this issue we noticed some discrepancies. The customer listed in this review had this service performed on 1/29/2015 at 1:44PM, Almost three years ago! and is just now placing a negative review for reasons we cannot understand. We strive to be the best we can and would never risk fraud on any of our customers! We absolutely believe there is more to this customers story. Also I believe this customer does not know that this location has been under new management for the past year, This falsely reflects the quality and hard work we have been showing constantly with our multiple high reviews we have been getting recently. As new owners and management all we can offer is we are sorry you had that experience but this does not accurately reflect the current owners performance nor our work ethic.
