Had brought my vehicle in for what turned out to be a stuck parking brake that wore out my rear pads and rotors. Carter went above and beyond to try and resolve a difficult matter. He could not locate the cables for the parking brake but they managed to disassemble and fix it nonetheless. The pads and rotors were previously installed there but for some reason were not fully covered for replacement. Carter did everything he could to be up front and give me a fair enough pricing in the end. Kudos to him and the mechanic who was able to fix my parking brake cables!

All repairs are done rite the 1st time and Carter was very helpful and nolageabl
